In high school and college I was every other guy. Drinking too much, jerking off more than I'd ever admit, overweight, unhappy, and calling it normal because everyone around me looked the same. I'd hit the gym in bursts — two weeks on, then nothing for two months. No plan, no consistency, just vibes and guilt.
There was no rock bottom moment. No injury, no breakup, nothing dramatic. I just got sick of being that version of myself and decided to build something different, one habit at a time.
Repetition.
Now I run two brands, I'm in the best shape of my life, and most days I actually like the person I'm building. This is the list.
